1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the jl3.com online casino platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features made available through the website located at jl3com.app and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

3 Account Registration

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. jl3.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active jl3.com account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jl3.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jl3.com supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly and credited to your jl3.com account balance in real time.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
• jl3.com does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by jl3.com in writing.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15-30 minutes during business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days to complete.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jl3.com reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.

jl3.com reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, jl3.com may conduct a full account review before releasing funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jl3.com may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility.

Players may only claim one bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting software errors — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account suspension.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games on jl3.com are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers in real time.

Each game has its own published Return to Player (RTP) rate, which represents the theoretical percentage of total wagers returned to players over time. RTP rates are displayed in the game information panel and are independently verified by accredited testing laboratories.

Game Rules:

10 Limitation of Liability

jl3.com's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your jl3.com account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl3.com is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, payment processor errors, or force majeure events.
